I have been working hard learning and rehearsing material for the Martin Sexton tour this spring, getting ready to go into the studio with RMB to record a new album (which Martin Sexton is producing!!!) and somehow squeezing in a tour of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the middle of it all.

This month, my 46th album credit hit the digital marketplace. The new Peter Prince album Dizzymaker is now available for purchase at the Village Produce Store. Bringing his distinctive high energy funk-rock-soul blend, with a dose of dance grooves and DJ maneuvers - Peter is joined by a full house of remarkably gifted friends - including Tim Reynolds (Dave Matthews Band), Alan Evans (original MBL, Soulive), Poogie Bell (Herbie Hancock), Jeremiah Hosea (James Blood Ulmer), Oja (Earthdriver), Ryan Montbleau, Jason Cohen, and Yahuba Garcia (Ryan Montbleau Band)... spinning up 14 original songs that will turn on your dizzymaker!

Tourdates in March are mostly in the Virgin Islannds, but as soon as we get back, we got two big New England shows at some fantastic venues with our friends The Brew. RMB and The Brew will be at Toad's Place in New Haven on March 19 and at Showcase Live in Foxborough on the 20th.

I also want to thank everyone who has sent emails congratulating me and the rest of RMB on the Martin Sexton gig. A lot of friends have pointed out that our "hard work is paying off" and that we "deserve this" and I just want to tell all of you, that nothing inspires me more to keep making music, than seeing you enjoy the music I make. THANK YOU for your support and for spending your hard earned wages on local unsigned artists. Please continue to support musicians that are out of the corporate grid!!! YOU keep this artform pure and alive!!!
